The Area Trout Leagues Association was established in 2018 by Ilsour Talipov and Anatolijs Livdans as a coalition of national area trout leagues. Currently, the association brings together 16 leagues under its umbrella.

TEAMS OF 4 PLAYERS COMPETE TWICE AGAINST EACH OTHER, WITH EACH MATCH FEATURING 4 PLAYER DUELS WORTH 3 POINTS EACH. THE TOP 4 TEAMS FROM THE PRELIMINARY ROUND ADVANCE TO COMPETE FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE.
